NayRileys Cancellation Policy
Renèe at NayRileys Scissor Lounge has reserved time and space just for you.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me(Renèe), I would require advance notification (48hrs) Prior to your scheduled appointment unless stated differently in writing. You will incur a 50% surcharge of your booked service. Should you wish cancel within a (24hr) window sadly you will incur 100% charge of your booked service. Please do not text or email your cancellation, you would need to call directly or leave a voice message with your cancellation. Should you decide to cancel part of your services once in the studio, time has been booked out for this service and will be 100% chargeable. Please remember I have scheduled, plus allocated time slots for you specifically for that service, which at short notice I'm unable to now fill. In these cases is unfair on other clients or NayRileys Scissor Lounge as a small business. This is to protect all my loyal clients and their appointments as well as protect my business from loss of trading. All Appointments of services will be text through to your phone, once booked in person as well as text reminders are sent out two days prior to your scheduled appointment.
