 Cancellation Policy

​At NayRileys Scissor Lounge, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life happens, sometimes plans change. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect my business, I kindly request adherence to the following policy:
1. Cancellation or rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 48hrs’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment unless stated in writing when booking.
- Cancellation or reschedules made less then 48hrs’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
2. Same-Day Cancellation or No-Shows
- Cancellations made within 24hrs of your appointment or failure to show up will result in a 100% CHARGE of your booked service.
3. On-The-Day Adjustments to Services
- If you decide to cancel or reduce services once at the studio, the full cost of the originally booked service(s) will apply. This is due to time has been specifically allocated for those services, which cannot be filled at short notice. 
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Please call directly on 07765442057 or leave a voicemail to notify me of any changes. Text message or emails Cannot be accepted for any Cancellation or Rescheduling of any services.
5. Booking Confirmations & Reminders

- Once an appointment is booked, a confirmation text will be sent directly to your  phone. A Reminder Text will also be sent 48hrs before your scheduled appointment to help you manage your time. 

This Policy is designed to ensure fairness for all clients and to 100% protect NayRileys Scissor Lounge from loss of revenue.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

​Deposits, Booking fee's & Refunds

For larger color services, a non-refundable booking fee may be required. This fee is collected at your consultation when booking your service and will be credited towards your final bill on the day of your appointment. Please note that if you need to reschedule, the booking fee will be forfeited unless it is outside of the 7day window. 

Deposit Payments

​All deposits to be made either in person with all Major Debt/Visa/Mastercard  or cash. American Express may come with surcharge as well as Zettle payment link of 2.75%.

​Wedding/Hairup Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your scheduled appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. If you need to make any changes or cancel within 14 days of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. This includes any cancellations or changes related to travel arrangements as well.

Royal Ascot Week

Ascot week is an especially busy time in the studio, and as such, any bookings for hair-ups or blowouts during this period will require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment within 14 days of the scheduled date, unfortunately, the full booking payment will be non-refundable.
